Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using Priority Mail service from the US Post Office. Normally, orders are processed within 24 hours. If there is any delay in shipping your product, you will be emailed the details surrounding the delay within those same 24 hours. The Priority Mail service normally gets packages to most US destinations within 2 to 3 days. Sometimes less! No matter how large your order may be, we only charge the Post Office’s minimum price for shipping a package by Priority Mail - you pay the minimum for a flat rate package, we cover anything over the minimum amount, no matter how large the order.

Returns

We do accept for return complete yarn packs that were purchased from us within the last 30 days, as long as they are returned to us in their original, unused, pristine condition, with ball bands intact.  We cannot accept partial yarn balls or partial yarn packs for return, nor can we refund for patterns.

If you'd like to initiate a return, please use this form to email us, tell us what and why you're returning those items and we'll respond with a return code number and the address you'll need for sending the merchandise back.
